router does not find device

router does not find device
envisalink 3 was installed, the lights for the oper continues to flash red, router does not show that the device is recognized, so there is no IP for the device. any suggestions for what to do or look for?

What is the state of the other LEDs? Did you switch routers? Was the module set to static IP? What's your favourite colour? Was the module working before?
