Yes, the Vista 50P works with the latest Honeywell firmware. We are just finishing the programming manual which will be released shortly.

I have attempted to get the Envistalink to work with my vista honeywell 50P version 2. the device is set up as device ID 3, and sees the zones faulted but on the set up page, "Error: Panel Not Connected, Check Wiring or Registered As Wrong Panel Type". The wiring is correct, and I have no green light on keyB.
In trying to program as suggested on site, I can program as a keypad in device ID 3 address, but do not have The device type "6" "communicator" option available to me, only goes up to 5 as types.

1.Enter "Installer Code 8000"
2.Enter " #93 0 0 0 0 1 03* 06* 0 " (Communicator Enabled)
3.Enter " 18* 01* 1* 0* 0* 0* " (Partition 1 for Module Enabled)
4.Enter " 19* 02* 1* 0* 0* 0* " (Partition 2 for Module Enabled)
5.Enter " 00* 1 *99 "

1. I am assuming there is only (IC + 800) 3 zeros as this is all I have for my system.
2. #93 I I imput 4 zeros it takes me to relay programming. Three zeros is for device program which I chose 1 for device, 03 device ID address, 06 not available to me. Please advise if this should be different.
3. ?? Could someone tell me what I am programming for this, is this still in #93 programming or in * menu?
4.N/A
5.understand this part, it is to exit.

Just an update, evidently I am able to arm and disarm but the "Error: Panel Not Connected, Check Wiring or Registered As Wrong Panel Type" is still displayed and I have no green light on keyB. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

You can ignore that error for now, it is incorrect. The next version of firmware will fix it.

Sorry folks I was misinformed. The Vista 50P will only work in "Keypad" mode which means you will not be able to receive envisalerts but you can still see status and control the panel.

I had programmed my 50P according to the instructions for the 128, the panels are quite similar. I programmed device ID 3 as a alpha keypad, and device 18 as a alpha as well. the 50p doesn't have a communicator like the 128. I did the rest of the programming as described. The system will see faults, arm disarm from computer and smartphone, and send texts and emails for the followers that I programmed. I haven't tested in alarm state but this should work too, will test later.

The computer does show a "error that there is a incorrect wiring or incorrect panel" but seems to be working otherwise so far.

Hi, you will get what you describe from the Vista50 but you won't get anything else like alarms or openings and closings.

The error is due to a glitch in the firmware, you can ignore it.
