Network supervision fault, now off-line, anyway to remotely?

Post by Dis737 »

I set my alarm before I left for the weekend and the esl3 texts me with a network supervision faulty and now it shows off-line in the portal. Is there anyway to remotely reset the envislink?

Same thing happen to me since 1/17 and I have tried resetting everything with no luck. I can log in to the module in the local network and it says:

Envisalerts Server 10.0.0.1(E) offline

No, that means your router is blocking the Eyezon servers via DNS.

I will try another router and switch, but I have not changed anything on the network and everything was working fine.

Hello GrandWizard, you are right, I used wireshark to see what was going on in the network and I found out the camera software was interacting with the envisalink module ip address. I changed the ip address and it started working immediately.
