Has anyone experienced the problem where "zone activity" lists events with times expressed in a strange format like this:
Zone : 3 - CLOSED : 1.56138888889E+122 Hours Ago
This is a long time considering that the zone was closed only a minute ago.
I tried IE9, Chrome, mobile portal ... they all show the same. Hovering over the red aging zone also shows the same format.
I checked time settings of the alarm system and it seems ok.
Suspect it is likely something I am doing wrong, but I can't figure out what it is.
Thanks
V

Send a support request. Are you sure you have an IP100D? There are only about 40 left in existence.

Yes, it is the IP100D. I bought it about 4 years ago and never had to question it.
I did not realize it was a dinosaur already. That could very well be the problem.
I will try the support request.
Thank you!

Re: IP100D shows strange time in Zone Activity
I say this because the IP100D uses Envisalerts V1 and the new modules all use the 3rd gen protocol. They are not compatible and would lead to strange things like you describe.
So if you registered the module as Envisalink 3 and it was actually a IP100D (or vice versa) you would get that affect.
