Honeywell Ademco Vista 20p Add New User

Is it possible to Add Security Code (a new user) and the corresponding new user's security code to the Vista 20p via the Envisalink?

Is it possible to delete or remove a user and their security code via the Envisalink?

I know I can click the (8/Code) button, which brings up a code dialog box, but this isn't the order that one does this when in front of the keypad.

I could play around with it, but the system is monitored by an outside service and I am nervous about screwing up my System Master code by experimenting.
