Problems with Fire Alarms

I have a Honeywell Vista20P, I am getting notifications perfectly for all zones except my fire zones. I have all fire zone followers selected on the website. My smoke detectors work, and set off the panel properly. Then only thing that I see that is different in the alarm panel programming between standard 5800 wireless type zones and the fire alarms is the 'type 9 - Fire' and 'loop'. My fire alarms are on loop 1. Other 5800 sensors are on loop 2. The EnvisaLink should be reporting on fire zones, correct? Any suggestions for what might be going wrong?

Not sure how, or why, but my fire zones are now working.
