What is envisalink daily data send/receive range?

Approximately how much (or little) data (in MBs) does an Envisalink send or receive on a daily basis assuming minimal arming and disarming and no alarm notifications or camera monitoring but just supervising the connection to see if its working?

Would a plan that provides 500Mb a month be sufficient, or is a plan with more megabytes needed?

According to the Grandwizard:

"The Envisalink (when activated) uses about 20kB (upstream) per hour, roughly 20MB per month. A drop in the bucket compared to your VoIP traffic."
