I'm hoping a moderator can provide assistance.
I purchased a new EVL-3 board on Thursday last week and got around to installing it today. I have a DSC1864 with two expansion boards and an Rf5132 wireless receiver with three PK5500 keypads.
Wiring is obviously very straightforward on this device, however upon completing the installation and restarting the system I noted the "hardware fault" light was on constant red. I have ensured the wiring is clean and triple checked all connections to ensure nothing is wrong. I also tried running a fresh new piece of wiring for the keybus connection and still get the same error.
When I disconnect the EVL-3 my system works perfectly without issue.
Will someone please provide an 800 number for me to contact the support staff at EYEZ-ON or otherwise give me their thoughts on what may be wrong here?
Many thanks.

Re: EVL-3 hardware fault
Sounds like a bad ground wire. Open a support ticket and send some photos of your installation.
