I have set up a couple of email alerts for zone followers, I am finding there is a random delay of anything from a few minutes to several hours before I get an email. Often I am not getting any alert at all? If I go to the web portal it is showing the activity pretty much immediately - so the data is there ok, just not the emails.
I've emailed support but aside from a automated reply I've not heard anything. Any ideas on what is wrong.

Sure I read that but the results I am getting do not tie in with this - sometimes the email comes in several hours after the event. I have a detector in my office which I set up as a zone follower as a test and the web interface is showing the opening and closing but I am certainly not always getting an email 5 minutes later. Perhaps the email server is overloaded - this morning it seems to be working pretty well.
