My Envisalink 3, which had been working fine, stopped working on 4/13/14, with this message: "Network Supervision Fault".
Since then, I get the message "Your Device Is Not Communicating With Our Servers."
I've tried changing cables; restarting switch; restarting router; restarting DSC panel (removed both battery and AC power).
Nothing seems to help.
Anyone have any ideas to solve this problem?

If anyone else has this problem, after trying many different things, the only solution I found was to perform a hardware reset of the EL3, following these instructions:

You have to be VERY careful to short only pins 2 and 5 (on the EL3) and not any other pins. I used an old DIP cable and shorted the other end of the cable to avoid accidentally shorting out anything else on the board.
It worked.
