New Install, Vista 20p Check 103 error

Having a bit of an issue installing my EnvisaLink3 on my Honeywell panel.

I have successfully registered the unit online at eyezon.com. Not using any other GSM or IP communications device - so I have field *29 set to 1 (enabled.) I've double checked my wiring - no breaks or loose wires. Field *191 is set to 1,1 to enable keypad address 18.

But I never get the KEYB LED to flash or go solid, showing any security system recognition. Plus, the Vista panel complains at me with the Check 103 error 0000, saying no long range radio found.

Any ideas on something I may have missed?

Hmm, went ahead and enabled the other keypad device locations and now it is communicating and activated.
