EVL 3 won't arm/disarm Vista 20p

Hi i'm having problems getting some of the EVL 3 modules I installed on Honeywell Vista 20p systems to work correctly.

- when i try arming/disarming the system remotely (from iPhone/iPad or even web interface) the yellow checkbox appears, but the command remains in idle for a while and never comes thru. So no arming or disarming emails and notification do work. I have followed all the setup and installation instructions correctly and i've installed 8 different systems of which only 3 aren't working correctly. The other 5 working are perfect.

- The red zone indicators on the home interface don't always light up when there is activity
