Envisalink 3 Firmware

Where do I go to see what is the current Firmware and if there is an update how do I update the Firmware?

Your version is on your Eyezon portal details page and also on your local Envisalink "Network" page. As soon as new firmware is available your module is updgraded automatically. You don't have to do anything.

Are there any release notes for version 01.09.111 ?

Normally I am given them and then I post it but I didn't get anything formal for X.111 release. I know it was just a maintenance release. I'll ask the engineer to post a notice even as a formality.

I have an envisalink 2 with a DSC 1832 and it shows Firmware Version: 01.08.101. Just curious why my system is not being updated with the newer firmwares?

It could be for a number of reasons. You need to submit a support request to see what's going on.
