Low Battery Alarm Vista 15P

I am receiving a "Device Low Battery" alarm from a Vista 15P panel with Envisilink 3. I am 2000 miles away, so cannot check the system in person. All the zones on the chart are black. Does anyone know if there is a way to determine remotely with the web portal if it is a wireless sensor battery or the main 12v panel battery?

Thanks, Grand. I got someone to investigate and found a cracked, bulging main battery. All better now. Love this gadget.
