Issues with alerts today?

Hi All,

As of about 330PM est today my alerts have stopped flowing via email. Followers as well as arm disarm notices. Everything seems fine here. Unit is still showing online to envisa servers. Rebooted for good measure. In the portal seems to show me up to date info on the panel just not alerts coming through or showing in the portal page for recent events. Also added new contact with different email to rule out spam issue and also as mentioned it doesn't show those notifications on the portal page as it usually does under events I believe it is.

Please advise.

I have the same question.

This is weird.

I just armed my system and nothing is showing up in my Recent Activity, Nor in my email.

I monitor 2 systems with two different accounts and they are not sending messages.

I'm also seeing the same thing. I cannot see anything in the portal for my office or house.

Can anyone confirm that central station is still getting all signals? Maybe I should call the monitoring station to make sure they see my arms/disarms.

I replaced one of my wireless zone today and triggered a tamper. I got a call from the monitoring station. So I think we're safe.

I have two accounts, two panels in two different locations, using two different ISP and I have the same problem. Something is wrong with the system at Eyez-On

I have the same problem. Last arm disarm activity was 12:45 PM.

Same problem here. I left for work around 430 am. Got the usual sms text notifications as usual at that time. Sometime after noon today a family member accidentally set off my alarm and I got no notifications. I have arned and disarmed multiple times today via the web portal trying to figure out what's going on to no avail. I know for certain Im remotely arming and disarming via the portal because I listened to my keypads through a interior camera. Yet recent activity and events shows nothing since I left for work. Fairly concerning:(

This weekend I also lost all alerts from the system. Later I found out that my gmail account was sending all eyez-on email alerts to the spam folder. I don't know if this is your case, but maybe it helps.

I certainly had this issue too, but this issue was widespread and actually affected activity on the portal as well, not just the email alerts.
