Partition 2 fail

My last Partition 2 event recorded by eyez-on was around noon on June 29th. Everything on Partition 1 has worked normally, but eyez-on has stopped processing partition 2. I have brought in faults on every zone and none of them was picked up by eyez-on. I wrote eyez-on on June 30 and received an automated confirmation with ticket ID 15242 and a promise that they will contact me within 24 hours, but have not received the promised reply. I have made no changes at my end. I have to get this resolved today. Does anybody else have this same issue? What is the resolution.

Sorry, that ticket shows as resolved. I will re-open it and take a look.
