Honeywell RTH9580WF wi-fi thermostat (no Z-link) and EVL-3E

Is the Honeywell RTH9580WF compatible with the user interface for the EVL-3E? It is not a Z-link compliant thermostat, but uses a website interface to remotely control/monitor the thermostat. I was wanting to have one application to control both the Vista 20P and the thermostat.

Sorry, we only support our own thermostat and other flavours of it like the CT-30 and 3M Filtrete.

Just to verify, the EVL-3E will work with all 3M Filtrete thermostats, like the 3M-50?
