Vista 20P\EVL3 - Not Receiving Open\Close Text Alerts

Hi All,
Added a EVL3 to customer's 20P. I can only receive O\C text alerts if
I enable O\C reports to Central Station (Way Expensive).
My confusion - Total Connect will produce O\C alerts without sending to
Central Station.
Is there any work around for this?
I do realize that I am NOT send O\C out to LRR.

Not at this time. Unlike DSC systems, Honeywell panels can't differentiate what signals are sent to the LRR/IP/GSM vs. the POTS communicator. The Envisalink just reports what the panel sends and unfortunately this gets sent to all communicators.

I saw "Synthetic O/C" on the Envisalink roadmap some time ago so I know engineering is considering creating O/C signals from partition data, in the same manner that Zone Follower alerts are created. Considering that this is a server-side feature I'm sure it will be part of the Envisalerts+ package.
