Delayed Text Messages

I have my DSC/EVL3 system configured to send me a text message whenever it is armed, disarmed, or of course in alarm. I noticed a couple of days ago that I wasn't getting the normal armed/disarmed messages. My phone was still receiving text messages from other sources and I'm sure the network the EVL3 is connected to internet access was functioning. This morning at 5:25AM CDT I received 14 messages within a few seconds. Where would they have been spooled up and how can I prevent this? I'm self-monitoring, so getting messages 2 days after an event is somewhat useless.

It's either your mobile phone provider spooling your email-to-SMS messages or your module was offline and the Envisalink was spooling them.

Submit a support request and we can determine which it was.
