EVL-3 local webpage control

1)I just recently installed the EVL-3 on a Honeywell Vista 20p. I seem to be only able to Arm-Stay and not Arm-away on the local intranet page? Is it possible to choose? I want to be able to arm-away locally. Main reason is using mobile portal there is a 20 second delay where locally is instant.

2) is there an iPhone app that works with Honeywell and the EVl-3?

1) No. We had so many complaints from customers as to why when they use the "local" interface that the module armed in "remote/away" mode that we finally changed it.

2) Not for free.

Can you list any in this forum? I have only found them for DSC systems. Will they still work Honeywell?

Sorry, I was thinking Android. No, I know of no iPhone apps for Honeywell. I guess there isn't that much demand for one.

The APIs for each panel are different so if the application doesn't say it supports Honeywell, then I doubt it will.
