I have the honeywell 20p with 3-6160's with 5816's and 5853's and the visonic voice Dialer DL125C.
Can the Envisalink 3 be installed in my system to allow me to get text and control from my iphone?

1- *** It is important that you create your EyezOn account and activate the module on the account before you connect it to the panel.***
2- Mount the small EVL-3 board in the alarm cabinet.
3- run 4 wires just like a keypad to the vista board.
4- Run a network cable from the EVL-3 to your router.
5- Follow Honeywell programming instructions @

I will get it ordered but sure looks like the programming instructions are more in depth for the honeywell? Hope to get some help when this thing arrives. When logging into my account can this be done on an ipad? Thanks a lot.

Need a little help with account creation. When putting in a new contact I keep getting "not verified"and also I just want messages sent by text, I enter the phone number but I have no clue what sms gateway that's used? I would appreciate any help thanks.

Who is your cell phone carrier?

In the Create New Contact page
select SMS
Enter your cell phone number
Use the drop down to select your cell phone carrier i.e. Verizon, AT&T etc.

Eyezon should send you a text with a PIN number

Then click on the Not Verified and enter that PIN to activate/verify the cell phone for text.

I've read where arming/disarming will be displayed as opening/closing, when the alarm is triggered will the received text be Alarm?

Yes. You should test your system to make sure that you have your alarm and the eyezon site programmed correctly to report alarms.

In "manage contacts" make sure you check all events you want to report for each contact .
