Envisalink DSC trouble alerts - AC power fail not messaging

I always get AC Loss and restore messages within 15 seconds of them occurring on my Vista 21ip. I also had the same results with the 20p. However this is using Total Connect 2.0 and not the envisalink 3. I know someone who has the envisalink 3 on their 20p and I don't recall the AC Loss messages being delayed. I'll have to check and report back. I think the 4 hour delay is only for the dialer.

Does anyone have information on the Envisalink 4?
