I have the orange ON looking app on my home screen, when I tap it it takes me to a login screen is this what it is designed to do? Can it be set to where the login screen is bypassed?

Re: ON
That is the mobile portal. If it takes you to the login screen then the link is either expired or invalid.
Please read the Envisalink primer for information on how to put the mobile portal on your mobile phone.

Re: ON
I've emailed the link to my email only to find "not found"
Where might I find the primer to verify what I have done.

Re: ON
When I sent my email as an alt I received the link, then sent to home page where it looks like an "ON" app. When I click manage device it appears there is a fee to list zones?
Re: ON
You can't use mobile portal "update device" to edit zone lists. That link is only used if you subscribe to the paid "EnvisAlerts Plus" feature.Robbed twice wrote:When I sent my email as an alt I received the link, then sent to home page where it looks like an "ON" app. When I click manage device it appears there is a fee to list zones?
To edit your zone list you need to log on the standard web page at https://www.eyez-on.com/EZMAIN/login.php
Once there click on the picture of house on left side, click on "manage device" on right side of black bar, then click on "zone lables" text.

Yep figured that out, 1 app to program and 1 app to use unless a fee is paid, thanks
