no IP address

Envisalink 3 installed on DSC 832 panel

Blinking red OPER light
Blinking red ACT light
Blinking green LINK light

KEYB flashes about once per second

Router DHCP shows IP address assigned to the correct MAC address

Pinging the address returns the message "Destination Host Unreachable"

It cannot be accessed via browser or from the remote access site

I have tested the IP connection with other devices, they accept IP address and function normally so there's no evidence of a wiring issue

tried releasing IP from router and reconnect.....no difference

not sure what else to try. Alarm system works normally just not using the envisalink

connected directly to router and it works correctly
