EVL-3 programing on Vista 15P

I've got the EVL-3EZ hooked up and i'm getting log messages from the system, however I don't it's 100% setup properly. n I get the following error on the website: Error: Possible Keypad Conflict Or Keypad Programming Not Completed. Programming Guide

I think the issue is accessing the *191 in programming mode. It appears that my system is only setup for 2 digit programming or something, because when I try to get to *191, I believe it's just going to 91. Can anyone tell me how to get around this?

It sounds like you have an older 15SE panel which is not compatible.

Take a picture of the panel and send it to tech support for confirmation.
