Hi all!
Total Newb here. Just got my Envisalink 3 installed. At this point I got a couple questions:
1. Is there a way to apply a static IP address that does not involve setting up another DHCP server?
2. Maybe there is a software upgrade that I need to support static IP's?
My Envisalink 3 is Firmware Version: 01.07.88
I don't see any area in the support section of the Eyezon website for software or upgrades. Are there upgrades for it?
Thanks in advance,

Re: IP Address and Software Upgrades - Envisalink 3
Hi, welcome.
1) No, there is no other option as the Envisalink doesn't have a UI other than the local WWW interface. Once connected you can always make your settings static.
2) The current version for new installations is between 1.12.135 and 1.12.140 depending on your panel configuration. Firmware updates are automatic and require no user interventon. If your version is below 1.12.XXX then you probably have port 4022 firewalled.
Enjoy your Envisalink, everybody else does!
