You get an email when there is a "Closing" event. You can use Gmail and IFTTT integration, along with the ecobee ifttt channel, to have it do things when you arm/disarm your alarm system.Jreays wrote:I am getting ready to buy an Ecobee3. This works great! But... the 15min delay with gmail polling is a bit of a bummer. It would be almost instant if we could send the arm and home emails directly to IFTTT with a hashtag in the subject. I just cant figure out a way to get this working.
