I had an envisalink 2DS for 3-4 years and it had been working fine. I just switched to AT&T u-verse (interent+VOIP) from Comcast. The envisalink just can't be accessed even from the local newtork.
Briefly, in the router interface, the device list shows the Envisalink with an IP address assigned to the correct MAC address but the status of "off"
ATT gave me a router/gateway model Arris NVG589.
If I switch back to the Comcast Xfinity (modem Arris TG862G/CT) then it works fine. I currently have two internet ISP but will have to discontinue the Comcast in the next few days.
