Can't arm or disarm remotely

Vista 20p, 6262rf keypad, have IP address and can see the device at the ready from the Web app. If I try to arm the system remotely, nothing happens, however, if I arm from the keypad, I receive text alerts, any thoughts? Port forwarding issue?

Also getting this different arm screen then I'm used to

That is a mobile portal page for a DSC system. Contact tech support as you have something seriously wrong.

Thanks, I've emailed tech support, hopefully I can resolve this really soon, not really sure what else to do

Solved... When I assigned the envisalink, I used the (Envisalink 3 DSC) from the drop down instead of the Honeywell option
