Use envisalink without registering?

I have a Vista 20P panel and have just ordered an EVL3. I only want to manage my panel from my LAN using the EVL3 and was wondering if this is possible without registering? I know there is a built-in webserver but can I do things like Arm/Disarm and see alerts?

You can arm and disarm from the local webpage but that's about it. If you wish to use the free Envisalerts service you must register an account with Eyezon.
