EVL-3 off-line. No led at Network connect,

As stated above I have an EVL-3 that is not functioning. My app shows it as off-line, there are no LED's on next to the network connection and the red & Green LED's for power and keyboard are flashing in an alternating pattern.
I have checked the network connection and I have a good signal from my router, alarm operates fine other then this, and the EVL-3 has been running with no issue for 6 months.

I believe it may the the victim of a surge, but looking for any suggestions if there are any???

Did you try a different Ethernet cable? Did you try a different port on the router/switch?

Hi. Yes, I did both, I also plugged in my laptop at the panel to make sure that I have a signal. It was good 8th all case's.

It happened to me also. It was caused by power outage. I disconnected the red cable & reconnected. It works again.
