DNS Issues?

Post by Folass »

Both my EnvisaLink 3's are down in 2 different locations. The EnvisAlerts server is 208.91.197.132. It will not resolve when I check that ip with nslookup. At one point one module switched to 184.106.215.218 when checked with nslookup this resolved to alerts0.envisacor.com and things came online. My second EnvisaLink is stuck on 208.91.197.132 and will not come online. Whats going on?????

Same issue here. Main page is down.
Alert of service disconnect at 7:34am came back at 7:44am and now down since 10:10am.

Reset modem and envisalink with no resolution.

Same thing here. If i login locally and go to the network page, the link under EnvisAlerts Status "login to account" takes me to an unregistered domain.

I managed to get my home stable by flipping IP's in my router. I have a DD-WRT router and took the 208.91.197.132 and made it go to the 184.106.215.218 server. They definitely have a problem.

Mine was off line, then online, now it's off line again. Trying to setup a new device too and it's not able to download the correct firmware. This is not good.....

The DNS issues yesterday only affected a small number of devices and absolutely would not affect new installations. You have a different network problem and should probalby submit a tech support ticket.

Seems like the DNS issue is still there. Just checked, 208.91.197.132 is still down causing both my locations to be offline.

As of 13:45 EDT I still have this issue. I have two cards at different locations. One works fine, the other is not showing as 'offline'. I can log into my Eyeson card locally and it reports 184.106.215.218 as the Envisalerts server, is this what it should be and does not work yet or it is wrong?

Me Too - Installed new ELV-3 for customer on Saturday.
He was heading off for vacation - Wanted remote control.
Received Com Fail Sunday around 10:30 AM.
Luckily He has another unit a his business for over a year.
Otherwise would have looked really BAD.
