About the time this update was released I lost my ability to initiate function key commands thru the portal to my Vista 20p. They still work locally at the key pad and thru TPI, just not by giving a letter A,B,C or D, sequence code in the portal. I made a few other changes too, so I'm not positive, but it sure appears to me that this problem may be due to this update. The # codes thru the portal are still working for me. Has anybody successfully used a letter sequence code in the last few weeks?

Send an email to support and request the patch. It is such a seldon used function that the update wasn't rolled out to everyone.
