Envisalink for Apple Watch!

Post by billinaz »

Im trying to configure the app that is for the Envisalink for the apple watch.

I need the Envisialink ip address
It defaults to port 4025
And I need the envisilink web password.

I know the internal IP address for the envisalink, and I set up a port forward to it

I left the port alone

But I keep getting a 'bad password'. I tried the web password I used to connect to www.eyez-on.com.

Is there another password I forgot about?

Hi billinaz,

I sent you a PM as well, but the defaults are username:user, password:user. You should change the password by accessing your Envisalink on the internal IP address with a web browser. (So yes, to answer your question. This is a different password than the eyez-on web password.)

Let me know how it works for you!

Got your PM with a photo of your web interface. Question for the forum... does the Envisalink 2DS support the full TPI interface? It looks like billinaz does not have the password setup options on his interface.

I sent the support @ eyez-on an email asking that very question. My phone call was met with a tech that didn't have access to a computer at the time, but he thought it should work.

Well, they said:
Yes, it is the same for all Envisalinks

You should contact your app developer for further support.

I was accessing the Envisilink through the webpage, not the IP address to it.

Doing that, I get

OK, that worked. I just needed to change the password, and viola it connected.

Now, I tried to disarm it on the watch, and the numbers reacted to my pressing them. After pressing the 4 digit code, nothing happens to disarm it. Do I have to hit something else after that? The only option I see is cancel.

I've seen a couple cases where it doesn't send successfully. Did it work if you try it again? You don't need to do anything else other than enter the 4 digit code. It will send it automatically once you enter it.

I'm looking in to why it fails sometimes. Thanks for the report.
