Wrong partition marked as In Alarm

Hello,

I have PC 5010 and Envisalink 4. Works almost fine.

My system is setup with two partitions. I noticed that partition in alarm state is reported with the wrong partition number. If I have an alarm in Partition 1 (System) it is reported as Partition 02 and vice versa. Other statuses (Ready, Away Armed, Stay Armed, Trouble) are reported with proper partition numbers.

When both partitions are armed, the partition status is not updated at all - it stays as Away Armed despite the alarm went off.

To avoid any software issues I was checking the statuses on embedded web page of EnvisaLink 4.

I am really lost and do not know where to look for a possible solution.
