Wrong timezone in e-mail notifications. Bug?

On the web application https://www.eyez-on.com I have the timezone set to CET. Time for events in displayed corrently. However, in e-mail notifications it appears in wrong time zone (7 hours too early).

Submit a support request. You have something set wrong.
