EnvisaLink 4 and 128bp / 250bp Panels?

So I've been wanting to get the EnvisaLink for a while, but the older EnvisaLink 3 only supported the first 64 zones...so with the new EnvisaLink 4, has this been fixed so that all 128 or 250 zones on the Honeywell/Ademco 128bp or 250bp are supported?

In other words, can I individually see and bypass ALL 128 or 250 zones across ALL 8 partitions on these panels?

Are there any other limitations I should know of on the higher end Vista panels?

The Envisalink 4 says it supports Honeywell zones up to 128 and all 8 partitions. We don't test systems beyond 64 so we can only assume that Envisacor has.
