Cameras that detect motion - Envisalink 3

I am not familiar with power over internet cameras as my experience is limited to older style coax cameras.

I am curious if there may be a poe camera that that has the capability to detect motion and has exterior contacts which I would connect to a wireless device connected to my 20P where I would then receive a text or an email through Envisalerts that the camera has detected motion.

Would also be nice if the camera had 'masking' capabilities where I could choose the area which the camera would search for motion.

I have some foscam cameras, there are some that use PoE and also have the "mask" option, you can choose on which part of the image to look for movement

Any possibility of obtaining any model #'s from those that use this style of camera?

well, the cameras I have are

foscam
fi9821w v2--this one is not PoE
fi9804p --this one is PoE

these two cameras are not the latest model, but the newer models are the same in terms of the functionalities you are interested.
