Long Range Radio Error

Hi All:

Just got my EVL-3 installed with my Vista 20P alarm today. Everything seems to work with the exception of getting an error message "Check 103 LngRng Radio 0000" My EVL-3 is firmware version 01.12.161A. I have *29 turned on and checked the block to shadow. I searched the forum and only found references to this happening when firmware was updated.

Anyone have any ideas of how to resolve this error message?

Do not check "Shadowing" unless you have ANOTHER IP/GSM communicator connected to your system. Otherwise you will get an LRR error.

Hi - I installed and everthing was working fine. Then it went offline. I disconnected power for a few minutes and then reconnected. It's back online, but now I get the Check 103 Long Range Radio error. I confirmed shadowing is not checked. I even checked it, then unchecked it. No joy. Still getting the error. Any thoughts?
