Recently, when I arm my vista 20p using the envisaliink 4 the system is doing something odd. This doesn't seem to happen every time, but most of the time, if I set the alarm to armed-away, I get an email noting the change and then, moments later, I get a 2nd email showing the system in armed-stay.
This happens if I use the envisalink website or the allSecure iOS app.
Has anyone else experienced this or have a solution?
Thanks, Jon

See the link below for a solution to your problem:

You have two Options (Option B seems to be the better option):

just an FYI:
If you want to arm your VISTA 20P remotely in the future, using the EnvisaLink 3 to Away mode, you must first turn off the Auto Stay Feature. Otherwise it will default to Stay mode IF one or mode exit door is not opened.
Go into programming mode and set *84 to 0 That will turn off the Auto Stay feature.
OPTION B
On Vista-20p alarm panels when you install a keypad or Invisalink module you have to "Enable" that device on a specific address, that coincides with the address you setup on the Invisalink module, Lets say address 19, that would be *192, "Now when you enable it you have 7 choices of how you want to enable it. choice #1 would be Keypad "Device" partition 1, But Choice #5= partition 1 (auto-stay arm disabled).
Keep in mind there are 2 options you have to enter, In my case it is 5 & 1 (5 Enable option and then a 1 "For sound option)
I have setup 10 vista panels this way.
My ADDENDUM page is dated from 5 years ago that shows this as an option, panels older than that probably does not have these other options.
Thanks!
Dean
