Hopefully I have not missed this in my search on the forum but I recently had Time Warner install a new cable modem and as typical I have some tweaking issues with the new router. For example, the whole house power went off yesterday and the modem did not come back online, etc. Over time I will work things out but I didn't view the modem being online as critical until it hit me EnvisaLink is no longer monitoring to notify me.
So, I looked at the recent activity to see if I could set an alert to be sent to me when EnvisaLink is no longer connected to the Internet. I see on the site underneath "Home" the "ready" status and when not connected it states "Offline." I apparently cannot find an alert to notify me that EnvisaLink went "offline" so I can take action.
Is there an alert to notify me and more importantly if there is not can we get that added as a request? Without the alert to resolve the problem I am assuming all things are good when they are not.
Thanks

Re: EnvisaLink Alert
It is called Network Supervision and it is on by default. If you did not receive this then you must have turned it off. Details Page->Manage Device->Network Supervision
