Honeywell Vista 20p Reporting Arm/Disarm User #

I have a Honeywell Vista 20p alarm system with the Evl3. Every time I arm the system the text alert, I get only lists "User" armed system. When I disarm the system, it lists the specific "User #" , who disarmed the system. Has anyone else noticed this issue? I want to know which user specifically armed the system.

The issue appears to be my cell provider. Tmobile USA is removing the User # on SMS style alerts when arming the system due to a character limitation on the first line of the text. If Full format is used for an alert, the User # shows up in the alert. Email alerts had no issues with the User #. No impact to disarm alerts. I have asked Eyezon to condense the text entry as a workaround.
