evisalink 4 login -Can't sign in with default passwords

Basically I'm having trouble trying to login to the envisalink 4 module on my local lan.
I entered the defaults user/user and it just comes back with the logon page again.
I have not changed the passwords.

I see everything fine with the eyez-on website.

Send a password reset from your Eyezon portal.

In the account settings panel isn't the change password for the online account?

Where do I find to send a password reset to the board?

I'm getting the impression you don't like reading manuals

You go to your device details page, then click on Manage Account, then Reset Device Password.

Log onto your account at:
https://www.eyez-on.com/EZMAIN/login.php

Click on your device on lower left side

Click on "Manage Device" on right side of the black bar

You will see "Reset Device Password" right under Network supervision

That should do it I think.

Thanks--Found it.

I did a reset password. waited a little while. Tried it.
Instead of the login page, I get a '5053cd'.
I did a reboot and waited then tried it --same '5053cd'

Did a reset on the board. now able to login

I have a same problem, how i can make a reset bord on envisalink 4. If you have a picture for connection is the best for me

There is a post on "How do I factory reset the module".

The Envisalink 4 is different. There are two bare pads on the board marked "RST". Use a tweezers to short these two pads for a couple of seconds until the LEDs on the board signal a shutdown (Christmas Tree effect on the LEDs) and that will reset the board.
