I've got a DSC 1864 with the EVL-3 installed (and also a CBAT which is monitored by AlarmRelay.) It's all been working flawlessly for a couple years now.
Up until a month or two ago I usually received two emails form Eyez-On when the system was armed. I received one that said something like "Home Arm Mode" or "Away Arm Mode" and then another email that listed either the user that armed the system or "special closing" if a shortcut key was used to arm the system.
Recently, I noticed that I only receive the one email that shows the user that armed the system or the "special closing" notice. I no longer get the email that says if it was armed in home or away. I made no changes to the system or the Envisalink portal. It may have happened around the same time the last firmware update was released but I'm not for sure on that.
Is this normal? If so, is there a way to get the "home arm" or "away arm" info back into an Eyez-On notification again?
Thanks,
John

Well, so it is. My apologies. I searched through the forum quite a bit before posting but didn't see/find that.
Thanks!

Also, when I first noticed this I looked in the portal for any other settings and didn't see that option. It's sure there now.
Thanks again.
