Contact notices limited to specific partitions

Post by oitoit »

Hello,

I've looked around the forum and the eyez-on portal to see if this is possible but had not come across the answer.

I have 5 partitions and several users. I'm currently using the free version but would gladly upgrade if this is a feature of a paid service.

I need to notify one of my employees of arm/disarm notices specific to partition 5. I would hate to bug him with notices for other partitions though as they do not relate to his job function.

Some of these partitions are for other parts of the building our company does not operate (tenant common areas). I would prefer that no one receive arm/disarm notices for zones 3 and 4 as these are irrelevant. Is this level of granularity available somewhere or am I asking too much?

Thanks!

Thank you

Yes, "sharing" by partition is an Envisalerts+ feature. Your employee could create their own Eyezon account and you could share partition 5 with them. Your employee would then create their own alerts conacts that will only receive alerts associated with partition 5.

Excellent news, will get this setup as it seems to fit the bill.

Question - will the shared partition, lets say I shared partition 5, will they still see the User and Zone names resolved to their descriptive names or do I have to manage this in each account?
