Envisalink 4 activation challenges

I recently installed a DSC 1832 in my home and added the Envisalink4. DSC panel is all setup and working well (only 9 zones today). I installed the EVL4 and it seemed to go well since I could access locally via http. Was not been able to connect successfully with Eyez-on, pretty sure related to opening ports on my firewall. So I replaced router and now have open ports, but now I can't login to EVL4 even locally as it won't accept user/user as the username/password combo.

Also tried PuTTy via Telnet into port 4025, but it rejects all connections there.

I pulled the power wire to the EVL4 thinking i might reboot it, but no difference. It won't accept user/user from any of my browsers.

Is there a way to start over?
