I have searched the forum and see references to this, but I can only infer an answer, so I'll ask the basic question: Can the EnvisaLink 4 work with (connected to) the SafeWatch 3000 - which I believe to be a slightly-modified Vista 20p?
SECOND QUESTION:
I have a relatively "hardened" firewall config at my house. What outbound and what inbound ports are required for the EnvisaLink to properly communicate outside to the internet? (I see reference to "Outbound UDP...", and "Outbound TCP 4025". What outbound UDP port is required? Any inbound, port-forwarding required?
THANKS!

Take a picture of your panel and send it into support@eyezon.com
All you need to set is ...
OUTBOUND
4021 UDP
4022 TCP
Nothing else. No port forwards.

Sent pic. Thanks for the other info, that's easy enough.

Re: newbie question: Honeywell SafeWatch 3000
Follow-up/additional question: When the honeywell instructions say "no additional communicators", what are they referring to?
My current panel has a phone connection (will be removed after successful testing of Envisalink 4), and I have one keypad (and all my sensors are wireless, if that matters).
So which part of the instructions would I follow?
Thanks again!

No additional external communicators. An additional LRR, IP, or GSM communicator that sits on the ECP bus. You would know if you had one.
