Post by Tony »

Hi out there i am new at the site
I have the ELV-4 and its working great but now i purchased a CT50 thermostat hooked it up and linked to WiFi but cannot add it to the app site because the IP address of the thermostat is 192.168.5.!!! which is the same as my router and when i go to add the IP to the site the fixed numbers that are there are 192.168.0. and when i input this sequence plus the last numbers it shows invalid.
Can anybody help me
Thanks

How did you obtain the IP address of the CT50/80?

Like Super, I too am wondering how you obtained the IP address. If you can browse to your router you should be able to click on your thermostat in connected devices and see what IP it's using. It can't be the same as your router.
