Is there a way to trigger a panic alarm or a silent alarm through the Envisalink interface. For example, you are home and the alarm is not armed but you hear someone in the house.
On the physical keypad or fob remote there are panic alarm buttons. Where is the equivalent in the Envisalink web interface?

Don't know if you have a DSC or Honeywell system.
With my Honeywell Vista 20P w/Envisalink I don't see anyway to have Envisalink activate a panic zone or simulate holding a panic key on a keypad for 2 seconds.

Re: Panic Alarm
You can do it on both DSC and Honeywell systems.
On DSC systems you will see three buttons in your partition menu: F, A, and P. These are the same Fire, Ambulance, and Panic (police) that are on your keypad or keyfob.
For Honeywell panels you can use your macro buttons. I believe macro A defaults to Panic alarm but don't quote me on that. From your portal Commands window select "Custom Sequence", and enter capital A for macro A. Same goes for B, C, and D.
Enjoy your Envisalink, everyone else does!

Re: Panic Alarm
grandwizard,,
Thanks for that great info. I didn't know that.
On Honeywell keypads, the Lettered Panic keys A B C D, as set to default activate the following zones.
A Zone 95 (FIRE PANIC)
B Zone 99 (POLICE PANIC)
C Zone 96 (MEDICAL PANIC)
Of course they can be programmed any way one wants.
