Error: Panel Not Connected, Check Wiring or Registered as W

Hi guys,

I've had an EVL-3 installed with my DSC system for the past 2 years, and it has worked flawlessly up until recently. At some point in the last two weeks, the system status has started showing as offline, and a queue of 5 old commands sent via the web interface are posted along with "Warnings & Errors Error: Panel Not Connected, Check Wiring or Registered As Wrong Panel Type". I am also unable to send commands to the system via the web interface.

Earlier this evening, I completely de-powered and re powered the system (including the backup battery), but the system status still says that it's offline. The good news is that it appears to still be sending information to Eyez-on (I received texts and emails about the power failure and cold start). I can still arm and disarm the system via the panel, but am trying to figure out what could've changed in the past week that is preventing me from controlling the system remotely. Has anybody seen this behavior before? If so, how did you fix it? I'm considering disconnecting and reconnecting the EVL-3, but am hoping for a more straightforward solution first.
